Máma Abuela’s (MA’s) is near Idaho Springs CO, one hour from Denver International Airport. We operate 9 months annually from March-November and hold meditation on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Additionally, we offer pre-scheduled, in-depth, meditation retreats.
